As part of our commitment to all our service packages, we offer same-day or within 48 hour call-out options.
95% of our work is resolved first time, to avoid down-time and additional labour charges. Our first time fix rate is substantially higher than the industry in general. We regularly review all our stock holding to ensure that our technicians vans are stocked with a large range of popular and important spare parts to enable them to complete repairs on-site where possible. Should a further visit be required, our technical team will efficiently specify and quote for the repair, and on authorisation, the necessary spare parts are procured and a return visit scheduled.
